A one-day workshop to promote effective user engagement

Who should attend? This is one of a series of Academic Workspace workshops and will be of interest to:
- Individuals who are a space champion or who may become one
- Senior managers who want to learn more about the role and how best to support it
- Estates personnel who want to ensure user needs are met and expectations managed
- External project team members concerned with user briefing and communication
The workshop will be limited to 16 participants to enable an interactive day of presentation,
