| James is a researcher with a background in building surveying. He has undertaken research on a range of subjects, including the Private Finance Initiative, project management, energy efficiency in housing, corporate property outsourcing, user satisfaction in office buildings, workspace utilisation and the use of workspace in employer branding. He has previously worked at the College of Estate Management in Reading and Sheffield Hallam University and is currently a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Civil and Building Engineering at Loughborough University. |  |
